Description

As a "dress rehearsal" for final deploy, we should probably install SLE11SP3+openQA in opensuseqa.opensuse.org, fixing every issue that pops up with the package, the AppArmor profile, authentication, workers going crazy...

In today's discussion with coolo he declared that packaging perl for SLE11 is hard, so going with 13.1 is the best choice for now (will slightly increase maintenance load later compared with SLE11). Maybe we can switch to SLE12 when it becomes more stable (at end of Beta phase).
Also because the machine will become the new openqa.o.o, we want large disks in RAID1 mode to avoid downtime and losing data.

I'll try to get it running on SLE12 first. Now the packages are almost built completely in ibs.
