Description
Observation¶
openQA in openQA tests on o3 are not being scheduled. I originally mentioned this in #180002#note-9 without fully understanding what is actually happening here.
Suggestions¶
- Consider what's preventing tests from being scheduled
- Look into recent regressions
- Other issues affecting o3
- nginx tests are currently failing with 403, see #180002#note-17
- Issues with handing of configuration files, see #179359

Tests are looking good again after @tinita spotted stuck jobs in jenkins, also https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-openQA/pull/236
So we should be good here besides #180002
I'm adding the infra tag as we discussed this as part of infra, and this was SUSE infrastructure causing problems rather than an openQA-related bug as far as I can tell. Maybe something to keep in mind for #180764 if anyone disagrees with this.
