Description

According to http://mojolicio.us/perldoc/Mojolicious/Static looks like there are sane ways of delegating to Mojolicious several aspects like setting If-Modified or managing which directories should be used for searching static files (instead of using full paths). Right now we are doing a lot of manual work in File.pm.
