Description
Amazon sent us notification that from 1 May 2025 1.25 k8s is out of support. We should update the k8s Clusters on all CSPs to a unified newer version.
If that's not possible, we need to discuss how to proceed.
Acceptance criteria
The cluster will be upgraded to 1.31.5 as it is the latest patch in 1.31 channel.

The EKS cluster was 2.5 years old, hence we have entered the extended support. I have now updated the cluster to 1.31 and switched to Standard upgrade policy so we will avoid running expensive cluster.
In case there will be any failed job related to cluster(s) migration, let's re-open the ticket. Closing
