OBS Sync fails from Factory:ARM:ToTest to o3.

Looks like the timeout has been reached, likely because of a slow network connection between OBS and o3.

the project looks like been synced based on https://openqa.opensuse.org/admin/obs_rsync/openSUSE:Factory:ARM:ToTest%7Cbase/runs/.run_250117_141924_20250116/download/rsync_repo.cmd.log. But I dont know what changed.

From my side I logged in the O3 and I delete the .run_last link from /opt/openqa-trigger-from-obs/openSUSE:Factory:ARM:ToTest/base/
Likely this is the same with the forget button in the https://openqa.opensuse.org/admin/obs_rsync but I did press this as well.
I guess there is a cron job which eventually re-sync
