Description

Observation

I saw that OSD tries to execute 800 jobs in parallel so I wondered why the limit is not effective anymore. I found that openqa.ini is grossly incomplete. I checked on backup.qa.suse.de

I recovered the ini file from Oct 15 04:32 /home/rsnapshot/beta.6/openqa.suse.de/etc/openqa/openqa.ini

I assume this is related to the OSD OS upgrade as part of #157981

nicksinger stated that he did not actually update or change any .rpmnew or config files so possibly another instance of #163790? anyway, solved for now
