openjdk 22 is EOL and has been removed from Tumbleweed

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-BCI-x86_64-bci_openjdk_22_podman@64bit fails in
bci_test_podman

Test suite description

The base test suite is used for job templates defined in YAML documents. It has no settings of its own.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 20241017 (current job)

Expected result

Last good: 20241016 (or more recent)
