Description

Observation

We have merged GNOME 47 to Factory. The 'Add keyboard layout' dialog has changed sufficiently (the … no longer being visible by default, needs scrolling)

While I don't think the UI is perfect the way it is (there is no indication that scrolling is even possible), I don't think openQA should fail on this, but rather know how to handle it (as users would be able to do)

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-gnome-x11-ibus@64bit fails in
ibus_test_cn

Test suite description

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 20241008

Expected result

Last good: 20241007 (or more recent)

This bug is still referenced in a failing openQA test: gnome-x11-ibus
https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4592265#step/ibus_test_cn/1

To prevent further reminder comments one of the following options should be followed:

  1. The test scenario is fixed by applying the bug fix to the tested product or the test is adjusted
  2. The openQA job group is moved to "Released" or "EOL" (End-of-Life)
  3. The bugref in the openQA scenario is removed or replaced, e.g. label:wontfix:boo1234

Expect the next reminder at the earliest in 28 days if nothing changes in this ticket.
