Description

The below PR is merged, then I think it is fine for us to move some ppc64le jobs from qemu backend to powerVM

Action items

  1. So far powerVM only supports 4096 disk sector size, so for 512 images, we may need to allocate new hdd
  2. We may need some extra code changes as well since we didn't run the tests on powerVM before

3. For wizard test, we may need to skip the step to dd ignition or combustion disk to HDD [qe-c will cover the tests]
