After closing the pop-up ir re-appears again. I'll drive the test "manually" closing the pop-ups to see if it re-appears again.

As @etchubykalo suggested, I'd try to disable notifications if this pop-up appears.

Popup keeps reappearing even after disabling notifications and rebooting:

There does not seem to be a reliable way of removing the new pop-up. It seems it is designed to be persistent until the issue is resolved.
We need to obtain Microsoft developer rights in order to obtain a Windows aarch image and refresh it in order to fix the issue.

Yay...
We need to obtain Microsoft developer rights in order to obtain a Windows aarch image and refresh it in order to fix the issue.
Someone had a question about the latest canary build so I had a try, and I found that on the very first boot it already claims that the image has expired. So we might have to wait until that bug is fixed I guess.

I change the status to Blocked

Thanks @etchubykalo for taking care :)

Some news from Microsoft:
Windows 11 ISOs for Arm64 devices will be made available in the coming weeks.
That should make the whole process easier to automate.
