User story

As a test reviewer aiming for black certificates I want the "TODO" query to not show me softfails with no failed modules so that I see only jobs which I really need to review.

acceptance criteria

  • AC1: The TODO filter shows only jobs that need to be labeled for the black certificate icon to show up

tasks

  • adapt todo filter to what is used for showing the certificate
  • update help on webui
  • update documentation with explanation of the whole workflow proposal how to use this feature as a "TODO-list" and describe the filter checkbox
  • optional: extend 'TODO=1' to more modes, e.g. multiple levels
