Motivation

Based on #76951-23 we should also upgrade http://diesel-sp.qe.nue2.suse.org/

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: diesel+petrol are on same firmware+bios versions

Suggestions

  • Read #76951-23 and upgrade diesel
  • Verify with openQA jobs, e.g. just retrigger as was done in #76951

I was able to update the BIOS using the firmware file from https://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral following instructions on https://ak-delivery04-mul.dhe.ibm.com/sar/CMA/SFA/08ct3/0/8348_820.1923.20190613n.html. The new BIOS version is 1.12.96 (before it was 1.12.6). Other components were already up-to-date.
