Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP6-Online-ppc64le-yast2_gui@ppc64le-4g fails in
yast2_lan_restart_vlan

The problem is the well known screen refresh glitch showing up again.
The workaround_poo124652 needs to be applied here.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: workaround_poo124652 from lib/YaST/workarounds.pm is applied for this situation.
