#### ## Observation 
 

 openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP6-Online-ppc64le-yast2_gui@ppc64le-4g fails in 
 [yast2_lan_restart_vlan](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/13886245/modules/yast2_lan_restart_vlan/steps/39) 

 The problem is the well known [screen refresh glitch](https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/124652) showing up again. 
 The workaround_poo124652 needs to be applied here.

 #### ## Acceptance criteria 
 - **AC1**: `workaround_poo124652` from `lib/YaST/workarounds.pm` is applied for this situation. 
 - **AC2**: problem does not longer show up.
