we have issue (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1219370) and request to check man-pages (https://jira.suse.com/browse/PED-6382).
We need to create a test module to take over checking man-pages on openQA.
Provide a routine for:
check version, installation and query man-pages
