Description

Hello,

the situation indicated in subject occurs sporadically when the OBS publishes
a repository. Randomly, packages aren't mirrored and mirrors point to non-
existent files.

Example:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Unstable:/Extra/
KDE_Unstable_Frameworks_openSUSE_Factory/x86_64/kdevelop5-plugin-
python3-5.0.40git.20161214T090711~b36edbb-52.1.x86_64.rpm.mirrorlist

Points in my case to 1 mirror:

http://ftp.uninett.no/pub/linux/opensuse/repositories/KDE:/Unstable:/Extra/
KDE_Unstable_Frameworks_openSUSE_Factory/x86_64/kdevelop5-plugin-
python3-5.0.40git.20161214T090711~b36edbb-52.1.x86_64.rpm

which does 404.

This happens randomly and only republishing the OBS repo "fixes" the issue.
