Description

Motivation

#155086 proposes to use a plugin to enable issue templates. In addition to, or as an alternative an automated check could look for known patterns to see if a template was used and otherwise suggest doing that retroactively.

Acceptance crititeria

  • AC1: Tickets not using a known template receive an automated comment with suggestions to change that
