Observation

Queries like non-infra tasks, infra tickets and non-estimated tickets display an error:

An error occurred while executing the query and has been logged. Please report this error to your Redmine administrator.

Work-around

  • Use other backlog queries that don't rely on tags, in particular non-infra queries
