Parents are now shown on index page and a new parent group overview has been introduced.

The following tests still need to be implemented:

• DONE: parent groups shown correctly on index page and parent group overview
• DONE: tags inherited from job groups (if two have conflicting labels, it's undefined which is shown)
• DONE: showing only tagged shows all groups of a parent tagged through one its children
• DONE: expanding/collapsing child groups works
• DONE: combined build (on parent-level) marked reviewed if all builds are
• DONE: parent group not marked if one is missing

The following features need to be implemented and tested:

• DONE: group reviews appear also below parents
