open[opensuse][sle] Add "mount by label" scenario for partitioner

Description
We should have a test that test a few non-default values for the partitioner, like mount by label. One test per setting is probably overkill, maybe we can have a run that changes several parameters at once.

We have cryptlvm and raid tests which cover already a good portion of the options. "mount by label" would be a good specific new thing to cover.
