Description

During reviewing the openQA tests results for S:M:30573:307858, I encountered this conflict:

the to be installed suma-azure-adapter-config-llc-20230907-150400.9.3.2.noarch conflicts with 'namespace:otherproviders(csp-billing-adapter-config)' provided by the to be installed suma-amazon-adapter-config-llc-20230821-150400.9.3.3.noarch

I confirmed with the maintenance coordinator that the conflict is intentional: https://suse.slack.com/archives/C02CLB8TZP1/p1695803490343549?thread_ts=1695792230.628109&cid=C02CLB8TZP1

I believe this should be added to the conflict list.

This passed on latest build: :31304:dtb-armv7l https://openqa.suse.de/tests/12712072#step/update_install/520, I think we can close it.
