Make opensuse Leap /SLE import tests on openqa.suse.de also block SLE updates

Description

Currently openqa.suse.de runs openSUSE Leap tests, but they do not block the SLE Maintenance updates including openSUSE-SLE channels.

Please hook them up so RED openSUSE Leap SLE import runs also block their SLE updates.

So, https://openqa.suse.de/tests/12225333# is also running and looks like it catches https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1214640 but that update is not there anymore

Dashboard now shows Leap also blocking updates

I suggest to check logfiles of qem-bot if it actually really blocks on those updates. The dashboard is merely "visualization" here
