I have enabled debug logging for your account "rokejulianlockhart".

Can you please try again to login? (It will still fail, but will give me more details about the failure.)

Bonus question to cover the most likely case: Did you change your mail address in IDP since the last time you logged in to the wiki successfully? If so, what's the current mail address of your openSUSE account?

Apologies for the wait! My PC unexpectedly died. However, it provides some additional reproducibility - previously I was using the snap install --channel=latest/edge version of Firefox, whereas now I use https://software.opensuse.org/package/MozillaFirefox on a new installation of cpe:/o:opensuse:tumbleweed:20230922, yet the issue remains in an identical form.

Done so.

I may well have. According to Bitwarden, I last updated my openSUSE account information on 2023-09-10T23:22:12+01:00, I expect to replace the e-mail address rokejulianlockhart+1674683091@outlook.com with rvorqx+RVORRO@rokejulianlockhart.anonaddy.com. However, I may well have done that earlier, since I expect I would have made the mental connection had I done so recently enough for it to appear relevant. Unfortunately, since Bitwarden doesn't use something like git, I'm unable to ascertain what was modified when, just the last date it was updated.

If useful, the attached zip file will confirm this.

  • Status changed from New to Resolved

As expected, the exception was about a failure to update your mail address.

I updated the mail address manually, which means you should be able to login again.

If you still have problems, please tell me ;-)
