Create a test for language translations in Agama

Description
Motivation¶
Agama developers are curently working on language translations for the agama screens.
The default language will be the one defined by your browers, but there will be an icon to switch to other languages.
ToDo¶
Create a test (Playwright) that does some basic checks on the functionality of this language switch settings.
Accepptance criteria¶
AC1: Language switcher test is operational.
It should be a POM of language translation for playwright test case.

In the current agama 4.0 build 1.89 image in Staging the only language to select is English, not ready for implement the test. so move this ticket to backlog.
