Clean staging project shouldn't have any local changes.

Verified that current staging plugin (from factory-auto) correctly reports changes even for new staging projects. Might need refactoring and moving, depending on where do we want to have stuff.

it's just a link for a request. But for the testing staging prjs, I'm not so sure what we actually want to test for.
