Description

Motivation

Similar to #131549 but QE Virt wants to test on other Windows Server HyperV versions as well, e.g. 2019 and 2022.

Acceptance Criteria

  • AC1: There is a 2nd windows box to run Hyper-V based tests on
  • AC2: Ensure that we have proper documentation how to do this in the future

Did you research online if there are any hints regarding Windows Server installations on those machines? Each server is a Supermicro X10SLD-F https://www.supermicro.com/en/products/motherboard/X10SLD-F

Thanks for reminder! I saw the official web site provides the drivers CD for Windows server 2016 and 2019. Will take a try.

It's not lucky. From the drivers CD (CDR-X10-UP_1.20_for_Intel_X10_UP_platform.iso), there is no any available driver can be found during installation.
