Move and clean up of Migration CI
Description
Motivation¶
To make migration CI more clear, We need cleanup it up.
We need change it from https://gitlab.suse.de/coolgw/wegao-test to https://gitlab.suse.de/qe-yam/openqa-job-groups-migrations
Consider any other additional cleaning.
Acceptance criteria¶
AC1: Cleanup for migration CI
AC2: Avoid disruptions of our control version when new builds arrive, do it in the safest way.
Additional information¶
This is just the first step, in the future we will be moving progressively this CI to our general CI (see #133148).

you can change the URL of a project in gitlab by
navigating to Settings -> General -> Advancedwithin the project and changing it in the Rename repository section. Just keep in mind you’ll need to update that repository locally with the new location once you’ve done so.
To rename a repository: Navigate to your project's Settings > General > Advanced settings. Under "Rename repository", change the "Path" to your liking.

now the new repo/project openqa-job-groups-migrations was created and works now.
