Motivation

We need to investigate how we could have metrics in grafana, if the current project used to collect those metrics can be useful for this, additional check metrics regarding Bugzilla if that plugin is ready.

Ivan shared the demo document for next steps to get the metrics, https://github.com/ilausuch/project_management_statistics/blob/main/docs/demo/README.md

I run it on my local env but failed after setup container, can't connect localhost:3000 for gafana.

Besides, got answer from Ivan that 'About bugzilla, still is an alpha, Ioannis Bonatakis is working on that'.
