Just FYI there's the on-going effort of upgrading o3 infra in #130519. We won't be covering it but it may be worth checking in case we run into similar issues with packaging or whatever may come up.

Yes, good idea. My plan was to first build packages, run CI tests with Leap 15.5 and only some weeks later upgrade o3 or osd
