Motivation

almalinux and others use s390x qemu. Also we want to build on SLE so we might need s390x enabled for build+test anyway, e.g. when building in OBS. Other things we could do is extend our test coverage, qemu backend in o3.

We now have s390x enabled in https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/devel:openQA for Leap. Factory is missing some dependencies but that shouldn't be mandatory. With that we have openQA packages built on s390x so we should be good.
