- AC1: At least one more team member has specific squad rotation planned to happen in near future
Suggestions¶
- The ones with the team the longest should be encouraged to participate in squad rotation so that they return loving our team even more :)
- Finish important goals (also related to personal goals) before starting squad rotation
- Track the planning of squad rotations and help to organize it

We talked about briefly. It should be discussed when everyone is available so sometime next week. In the meanwhile my current thoughts on it:
Personally I'm sceptical of making it a regular task. Test review that isn't related to the investigation of an openQA issue is seen as out of scope because it takes capacity away from tooling and infra. We can of course re-consider and a wiki can be edited, let's just keep in mind why we made this decision
I would probably favor more squad rotations over part-time duty.

Agreed, SUSE QE Tools will not participate in the SLE maintenance test review. I am also in favor of encouraging more squad rotations. So let's do this. This is what we have this ticket for :)
