* **AC1:** At least one more team member has specific squad rotation planned to happen in near future
## Suggestions
* The ones with the team the longest should be encouraged to participate in squad rotation so that they return loving our team even more :)
* Finish important goals (also related to personal goals) before starting squad rotation
* Track the planning of squad rotations and help to organize it
