closedInfrastructure update and migration
Description
If we transform openQA as a service, we will need to move the internal server to the external network, or acquire and configure new hardware to make the deployment of the service. Also this service needs technical maintenance (hard disk space, issue management, etc).

First option should be to migrate the current openqa.opensuse.org to the new version, maybe switching machines with opensuseqa.suse.de in the process. We have to agree on the details with Bernhard before having a clear estimation. Assigned to coolo since he will talk to Bernhard.
