Motivation:
The [failure] could be resolved by newly created image. So need to create autoyast installation testsuite to [YaST MUs Dev] job group to publish the image for the migration case.
AC1: Add autoyast installation testsuite to publish image SLES-15-SP3-aarch64-uefi-updated.qcow2
AC2: Update the setting of HDD_1 for the migration case with the image name
Additional information:
