Motivation¶
Individual heavy routes can affect other routes disproportionately.
Acceptance Criteria¶
- AC1: Some draft (branch, gist, whatever) exists with results in the ticket
Suggestions¶
- Use nginx/ Apache instance for load balancing which forwards requests to a different Apache instance based on the URL
- For example using this with very expensive routes
- Use this for very frequently-called routes
- Evaluate what else could make for a useful split
