Not show this issues a a soft-failure, and change from soft-failure to record_info
iscsi_server

Acceptance criteria¶
AC1: Display soft-failure just as info.
Additional information¶
Search by sub apply_workaround_poo124652 to see how this was done before, but seems that we missed this part.

Current error https://openqa.suse.de/tests/10848744#step/iscsi_server/63 triggered by iscsi_server-iscsi-target-modify-acls-20220107 with workaround tag.
So i decide remove this tag since we already start use apply_workaround_poo124652 in tests/iscsi/iscsi_server.pm.

does still happen the workaround? looks to me like it is the case: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/10896621#step/iscsi_server/64
could we tackle this issue here or do we need another ticket? (please label it with this ticket if it is the case)
apparently the workaround is making the test to fail.
