This error happens regularily. Restarts help, but it becomes cumbersome. The error is consistently

We need to investigate why this issue is present there.

Issue is likely only temporary, as there is a huge TW rebuild (gcc13) which puts a lot of load on the download.opensuse.org servers. From Matrix:
we have MIRRORCACHE_WORKERS=24 atm. and a system load of 46 for 16 cores.
Guess we have to wait until the major upgrade wave is over.
