The aim of this ticket is to remove the display of soft-failure but reserve the workaround, right?

I have the same doubt, but I cannot find the bug with those character, there were many filed related to that.
And I remember the same workaround suggested, so should be the same thing, if doesn't happens in 10 runs, let's remove the whole thing, the workaround and the soft-failure.
