Motivation:
Remove the continuous migration cases starting from sles15ga in [Migration: others] job group, the SLES15GA LTSS was end of support since 31 Dec 2022, no need to test it any longer.

Acceptance criteria:
AC1: Submit MR to remove the cases migration from sles15ga for all arches
AC2: Update the migration [matrix].
