Need set MIGRATION_METHOD correctly

Motivation¶
For test online_slehpc15sp4_pscc_basesys-desk-dev-hpc-srv-wsm_def_full_zypp_tm (https://openqa.nue.suse.com/tests/10525767/modules/yast2_migration/steps/1) the MIGRATION_METHOD=yast while different with case name.
For test online_sles15sp2_ltss_pscc_basesys-srv-desk-dev-contm-lgm-py2-tsm-wsm-pcm_all_full (https://openqa.nue.suse.com/tests/10525761#step/post_migration/1) there is no MIGRATION_METHOD set which cause no migration done.
Acceptance criteria¶
AC1: set MIGRATION_METHOD=zypper for online_slehpc15sp4_pscc_basesys-desk-dev-hpc-srv-wsm_def_full_zypp_tm; set MIGRATION_METHOD=yast for online_sles15sp2_ltss_pscc_basesys-srv-desk-dev-contm-lgm-py2-tsm-wsm-pcm_all_full
