Motivation

https://monitor.qa.suse.de/d/WebuiDb/webui-summary?orgId=1&from=1676469860515&to=1676482010516&viewPanel=78 shows an outage in HTTP responses which meets a user report from mgrifalconi in https://suse.slack.com/archives/C02D16TCP99/p1676476074781049 from 1547Z about "OSD being down". We should crosscheck what the problem was, crosscheck our alerting, etc.

It seems as though things are fine now. I'm trying to see if I can figure out what this was, but also checking with Michael who originally reported this issue in chat.
