openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP5-Online-ppc64le-fips_env_mode_tests_crypt_tool_powervm@ppc64le-hmc-single-disk fails in
gpg. Always latest result in this scenario: latest

There may be some new softwrae that brings the GUI passphrase dialog now.

I will revert the PR, as mentioned on Friday in the PR, it's causing failures and blocking updates.
Because of hackweek I assume it will be not fixed ASAP.

edit: Fix for the fail is simple, created PR.
