this issue is different, looks like that the medium is not available or we have network issue.
https://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/ is empty, this is an issue of deployment I'm afraid.

Zaoliang, Leap 15.3 is EOL so we can disable the jobgroup... Do check first with Marcus Meissner and Lubos before doing anything, and please create a ticket for it and let's talk about it during tomorrow's daily
