Due to https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1206352
We don't need to set selinux in enforcing mode when testing network manager on ALP.
So let me try to enhance my test code.

We can remove the systemd-resolvd from the test coverage, as it won't be a priority in ALP for now... however, in the case of TW it can still be tested.
