What's weird is that it's working fine on standard backends: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/10220466#step/yast2_ntpclient/1
The issue seems to be related to ipmi (https://suse.slack.com/archives/C03TQ20ADMM/p1672301772139959)...

Between the last good and the current run, yast2-ntpclient was upgraded. That could be the reason for this issue but again, what's weird is that it's happening on ipmi and not on qemu.

just FYI the yast2_ntpclient test was unscheduled from security tests, with PR https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/16347
