Motivation¶

One important goal in Yam squad is to improve our internal process, with new proposal to work together better, avoiding creating bottle necks, sharing the code reviews among squad members, documenting better our internal process, etc.
The final goal is that each squad member will gain enough autonomy to not only works on their own task but to help in depth in someone else's task.

Additionally we will try to find 1 or 2 metrics which will be displayed with Grafana and help the squad and team leaders to understand the work load in the team.
