All fine with node 16.18.1-8.15.1 on 12 SP5
Start failing with node 16.18.1-8.17.1 on 12 SP5
Error: Cannot find module 'env-paths'

Pinged Adam Majer as nodejs expert to check if we should just install env-paths or something else.

Tried to run https://openqa.suse.de/tests/10012399# without any update request. Still failing, so this confirms there is no update on the queue causing this.

Because of that, we should consider softfailing/unscheduling the job until fixed, to avoid blocking updates.
