Dear Infra Team,

The Board meeting reminder is totally and utterly broken

This is sending incorrect information to all Board members regularly,
which is impacting our ability to arrange meetings

Please correct it by deploying the config from
https://github.com/openSUSE/mail-reminder on the appropriate server
ASAP

Also, can someone please explain to me why this is not done automatically?
