Seems it has something problem to contact with the AD server? the reason why I file this ticket is that this case has failed several times in past few days.

As Marcelo Martins's kindly suggestion,
So, by understand I think is any issue with network. A few weeks ago all s390 workers show problems with network issues, with slow traffic.
I think need debug first if s390x machine resolve dig srv _ldap._tcp.geeko.com , and if kinit connect to de AD , or if any firewall blocking this on our infra
Let me try to resolve the DNS resolve issue at first
