openthere is a Swiss mirror, but I'm being redirected to Poland or Russia?

Description
The mirrorlist shows a Swiss mirror (mirror.hostsuisse.com), yet I am being redirected to a Russian or a Polish mirror? They both work very well, but even if there was no Swiss mirror, surely the German one at gwdg would be a more optimal choice.

the mirrorlist shows mirror.hostsuisse.com (in Switzerland, only just one floor below me), yet a wget is still redirected to a German mirror - just not consistently ?? Sometimes download.o.o will send an immediate redirect:
